Alexander Cendese aptly captures the postadolescent voice of twentysomething Manhattanite Jonathan. He doesn't understand why he isn't happy. He thinks he should be. He has a beautiful, successful girlfriend, a decent job, and a really nice apartment at a rock-bottom price.
