Yeah, for serious, just don't let anyone see you reading this. Make a paper bag book cover for it like you did in the sixth grade when you were reading those Nancy Drew stories. Or hell, bedazzle it! This is a typical "female" self-help book, and I mean that in the best possible sense: it is well-intentioned, personal, and full of the author's deep altruism.
