This illustrated encyclopedia from the Duke Center for Integrative Medicine (DCIM) attempts to be an authoritative, first-of-its-kind resource for integrative medicine. The contributors are Tracy W. Gaudet, M.D., Richard S. Liebowitz, M.D., and Linda Smith-DCIM director, research director, and director of programs and operations, respectively.
