Austin and his musician parents are nomads. Their country-western trio, the Swamp Snakes, is in a different town every week, playing to a new crowd every night, but Austin's bedtime ritual in their small trailer is a happy, reassuring constant. Each night after the Swamp Snakes finish their set, Austin drinks out of his dinosaur mug and settles down with his stuffed animals for a bedtime story.
