Louise Bourgeois: The Insomnia Drawings, on the other hand, is a superior book on this major American artist. Despite the cost, it is well worth obtaining; it contains 220 of the finest facsimile illustrations, a pair of lucid and well-written essays, and the best chronology on the artist to date.
