"I grew up in a house built of voices," says Rob, beginning the oral autobiography that serves as his senior thesis. Fittingly, his memoir—like this book itself—is presented in the form of a script, with only dialogue and occasional sound effects used to establish setting, provide exposition, and advance characterization.
